- Payment of all legally required contributions and charges to the social insurance provider

Description
The funding enables private non-profit sponsoring organizations in Vienna to fully cover statutory severance payments (100% funding rate) for educational professionals employed since January 1, 2003. The goal is the long-term securing of the economic stability of early childhood education institutions and thus a stable supply rate of childcare places. The measure is limited from 01.01.2025 to 31.12.2029 and is structured as a direct grant within the "Contribution-Free Kindergarten" model – full funding. Eligible to apply are legal entities with an existing funding agreement with the City of Vienna (MA10), acting as contracting partners in the contribution-free kindergarten program.
Only the legally mandated severance costs for staff employed before the cut-off date of January 1, 2003, are funded; expenses for administrative or housekeeping staff are excluded. A prerequisite is that the personnel were properly registered with social insurance and remunerated, and that all contribution payments were made. For the application, among other documents, a list of eligible employees, proof of social insurance registrations and payroll records, a comprehensible calculation of severance amounts, payment receipts, as well as a current association, company register, or foundation register excerpt must be submitted. Applications can be submitted at any time during the funding period.
