Vacation in the DPolG Foundation Houses ("Helping through Vacation")

The Foundation of the German Police Union exclusively enables employees and beneficiaries of the police, professional fire brigades, emergency services, and correctional services, as well as their families, to enjoy free recreational stays in three barrier-free foundation houses in Bavaria. At three idyllic locations – on Lake Sylvenstein, in the spa town of Lenggries, and at Lake Walchensee – participants can recharge their energy for at least one week. Accommodation and meals are fully covered as in-kind benefits, allowing both solo adults and families with children to relax in scenic surroundings. The houses offer modern amenities and can be booked without time restrictions, making them ideally suited to fit private and professional schedules.

To apply, a completed inquiry form must be submitted. Eligible for funding are exclusively employees or beneficiaries of the police, professional fire brigade, emergency services, or correctional services. The grant covers accommodation and meals; travel expenses and other incidental costs are not included. Requests and bookings are possible throughout the year, allowing for flexible individual planning. With this offer, the non-profit foundation aims to sustainably support rest and health promotion in demanding blue-light professions.
