The aim is to eliminate or prevent personal, familial, or economic difficulties through one-time grants or interest-free loans of up to 3,000 euros. The funding is provided at 100% and can be applied for at any time. Eligible are EU/EEA families receiving family allowance for at least one child. Requirements, in addition to citizenship and residence, include proof of an involuntary financial emergency.
