The program Full Education in Socio-Educational Institutions is aimed at socio-educational providers in child and youth welfare in Upper Austria who offer care places. Public institutions and non-profit organizations receive ongoing direct subsidies to secure current operations as well as to cover start-up and investment costs. The funding priorities focus on the further development of needs-based care concepts and the creation of future-oriented care places. The thematic areas include social issues, children and youth, as well as labor & social affairs. A positive needs assessment, a reliable financial plan, and compliance with established quality criteria are indispensable prerequisites. A total of approximately 1.2 million euros is available for this purpose, with funding granted indefinitely and without deadlines.
