Accommodation/Lodging in Student Dormitories of the Catholic Canisius Foundation Ingolstadt

The Catholic Canisius Foundation Ingolstadt supports enrolled students of the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt as well as the Technical University of Ingolstadt by providing affordable housing in a total of twelve dormitories located in the historic city center. With a portfolio of 424 apartments, of which 243 are owned by the foundation, it ensures a central location in close proximity to teaching and administrative buildings. The goal is to keep rental costs as low as possible and to offer students of all disciplines a secure environment. Continuous allocation allows for applications to be submitted at any time using the official application form.

Interested individuals must present a valid enrollment certificate and submit the fully completed application form. The foundation does not impose a deadline, thus enabling flexible application submission. The funding amount is granted in the form of a subsidy, over which the responsible foundation administration decides. This support not only meets housing needs but also strengthens study motivation. The inclusive concept is aimed at students of all denominations and is a fixed component of the student infrastructure in Bavaria.
