About the funder
The BFV Social Foundation is a non-profit foundation of the Bavarian Football Association (BFV). It supports members of the Bavarian football community who have fallen into hardship through no fault of their own – from players and volunteers to officials – and furthermore promotes the long-standing partner project in Mozambique, which combines youth football with educational and awareness-raising work.

Mission & Vision
The BFV Social Foundation provides targeted assistance in cases of misfortune, emergencies, and social projects within the Bavarian football community. At the same time, it is committed to promoting youth football and social development work in Mozambique. Its goal is to serve as a social support and beacon of hope, making solidarity tangible both on and off the field.
Target groups
Individuals (players, volunteers, officeholders) and clubs of the Bavarian football community are supported in cases of acute emergencies or personal misfortunes, as well as non-profit football projects and initiatives that comply with the foundation's guidelines, along with the partner project in Mozambique to promote youth football, education, and awareness locally.
