Mission & Vision
The Stiftung flexible Arbeitswelt accompanies the continuous transformation of the labor market and working environment through dialogue with business, science, and politics. It seeks to answer questions such as: How do people want to work in the future? What demands does the economy place on employees? Its goal is to promote innovative education and qualification measures, to incorporate scientific findings, and to contribute them to the political process in order to shape a future-proof, flexible, and sustainable working world.
Target groups
The foundation’s funding programs are aimed at stakeholders from business, academia, and politics, as well as personnel service providers who wish to support low-skilled workers, individuals with migration backgrounds, and skilled professionals in the context of digitalization. Additionally, the foundation supports students and researchers engaged with topics related to the flexibilization of the working world. With its model project “Qualification Bonus in Temporary Employment,” it specifically targets companies in the personnel services sector to strengthen cooperation with educational institutions and counteract labor shortages.
