Projects are funded in the areas of youth and elderly care, education, training & schooling, healthcare, science & research, nature conservation & landscape management, environmental protection, animal welfare, as well as charitable purposes. The Aufrecht Foundation aims to promote sustainable coexistence and a livable environment. Applications can be submitted at any time by answering the prescribed 13 questions regarding the organization, objectives, schedule, cost structure, and funding requirements in a Word document or via email, and submitting them together with a meaningful project description (maximum two pages). Evaluation criteria include alignment with the foundation’s purposes as well as the clarity and expressiveness of the presentation.
Particularly interested in this funding program are initiatives and individuals committed to supporting women in old-age poverty, single parents, children, youth, and seniors, as well as educational institutions, foundations, cooperatives, companies, start-ups, or public institutions. The continuous submission option without a fixed deadline provides flexibility for project planning and new ideas. After review, feedback on eligibility and possible grant amount will be provided. The Aufrecht Foundation asks for understanding that, due to limited resources, not all requests can be considered, and places special emphasis on transparency in the selection process. By submitting an application, applicants simultaneously consent to the storage and processing of their data within the scope of the selection procedure.
