Mission & Vision
The City of Graz is committed to social justice and the inclusion of all citizens. The goal is to provide financial relief for low-income households through programs such as the SocialCard, thereby promoting equal opportunities and a high quality of life in Graz.
Target groups
The target group of the SozialCard consists of individuals with low household income who have had their main residence in Graz for at least six months. This includes Austrian citizens, EEA/EU citizens with a registration certificate, or persons with a long-term residence permit. The SozialCard is aimed at adults aged 18 and over who can provide income or pension statements as well as, if applicable, exemption certificates (ORF household fee, housing support).
