Mission & Vision

Our mission is to promote and retain young physicians in the Free State of Thuringia. We support them in all phases of their medical training – from clinical electives and block internships to the practical year and specialist training – and additionally offer practice-oriented consultations as well as the establishment and operation of foundation practices to gradually prepare them for independent practice.

Target groups

The foundation's programs are aimed at medical students as well as physicians in postgraduate training, particularly in the disciplines of general medicine, internal medicine, surgery, and other specialist fields. Target groups also include physicians in their practical year, specialist training phases, and physicians seeking to establish a practice or employment in rural regions of Thuringia.
