Eligible for funding are public bodies at national, regional, and local levels, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), agricultural enterprises, research institutions, educational institutions, non-governmental and civil society organizations, as well as all other actors involved in EU policy areas such as innovation, regional development, social inclusion, or environmental and climate protection.
