Mission & Vision
The waff is tasked with supporting Vienna's employees in advancing their careers. Through targeted funding programs and individual advisory services, we aim to open up professional educational pathways, facilitate the acquisition of new qualifications, and thereby sustainably improve the life and income opportunities of our target group.
Target groups
The target group comprises all employees residing in Vienna – both those currently employed and job seekers – who wish to expand their professional qualifications, complete a degree, or plan to re-enter the workforce. Additionally, part of the funding programs is aimed at companies in Vienna that invest in training and further education or intend to take on new apprentices.
