About the funder
The Bavarian State Ministry for Family, Labour and Social Affairs (StMAS) is a supreme state authority of the Free State of Bavaria. It develops and manages political concepts and programs statewide to strengthen families, the labour market, vocational training, as well as social security and inclusion. The StMAS coordinates services and funding opportunities for families, employees, job seekers, and people in special life situations.

Mission & Vision
Our mission is to promote social justice and equal opportunities in the Free State of Bavaria. We are committed to strong families, good employment and training opportunities, modern social policies, and an inclusive society. In doing so, we aim to ensure the well-being of all citizens and to strengthen responsible coexistence.
Target groups
The services and programs of the StMAS are aimed at families with children, single parents, employers and employees, job seekers, as well as people in special social situations. Furthermore, the ministry supports social institutions, associations, and municipalities in the implementation of educational, employment, and social projects in Bavaria.
