About the funder
The Hamburg Investment and Development Bank (IFB Hamburg) is the central funding institution of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg. On behalf of the Senate, it supports investment projects in the areas of housing and urban development as well as economy, innovation, and environment. IFB Hamburg provides low-interest loans, grants, and equity participations and assumes collateral services. As an intermediary agency for EU funding programs (e.g., ERDF, EIF), it also approves and audits co-financed projects.

IFB Hamburg supports its clients from initial consultation through application submission to fund utilization and reporting.
